Thank you for a really nice stay. Fairly clean hotel, facilities are clean, and the location is excellent closer to the public train lines. It has lots of meals to offer, the food is reasonably priced!

The location was great and unbeatable, just a short stroll away from Pratunam Market. the area was pretty nice very close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Baiyoke Market, halal eateries, and Platinum Mall which is awesome. - the Airport Link Train Station "Phaya Thai" was very convenient.

This hotel truly offers great value for money. The room rates are affordable considering the modern and renovated rooms. The attention to detail is evident with complimentary water and snacks replenished daily. The staff is friendly and maintains the rooms with great care and tidiness. The location is convenient, situated in a dark alley near the bustling shopping area. It provides easy access to public transportation.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was excellent.

Great location, loads of food stalls and massage parlors nearby. Comfortable room for a reasonable price. Cleanliness is excellent and shuttle service is helpful. Nice outdoor area to relax.

Nothing not to like.

This hotel was really convenient due to its location close to various transportation options such as the skytrain, making it easy for me to explore this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.

It was all superb.

The hotel had a lovely smell which made me feel very comfortable. The staff were really nice and always had a smile on their face. The location was great, really close to many shops, making it easy to get around. I also enjoyed the complimentary top-up of snacks in our room.

The hotel staff could have been better organized. They weren't always able to deliver the buggy service when we needed it which was frustrating.

The hotel offered a buggy service that was quick and efficient, which made commuting easier. the building was newly designed and had a high level of cleanliness. the room had advanced technological features that allowed for complete control with the tip of your finger.

The room was small and had poor soundproofing. Neighboring guests could be heard through the walls, which disrupted my sleep.

The hotel could improve on its noise insulation.

We absolutely loved staying in this budget-friendly hotel. It had an amazing location being near to the malls and Ratchathewi BTS train station. the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and spacious. the hotel staff provided an excellent service with a 24-hour shuttle service to nearby points. We really enjoyed the free water and chips provided daily. the hotel's hipster interior design was perfect for our Instagram shots.

The soundproofing could have been better.
